Our lectures have proven successful at some of the most prestigious arenas such as the Russian government, MIT and more. The topics discussed include practical, unique and innovative approaches to design thinking. In addition I will critically analyze and discuss the changing role of designers in 2029 and upcoming design trends such as wearable IoT.
COURSES &
SEMESTERS
Academic courses in various fields to teach practical skills in fashion and textiles tailored to suit different levels for either BA and MA students. Courses involve workshops and utilization of open source platforms to develop skills and create a final project. Core course fields: digital fabrication, 3D printing & scanning, Lasercut, CNC embroidery and more.
PRACTICAL
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are where I share and teach practical design and innovation skills. The scope and outcomes are tailored to the specific needs of each group and can include how to make designs ready for manufacturing, how to recycle and reuse materials to develop new innovative products, 3D design and more.
HACKATHONS
There’s nothing more important and creative than tackling challenges as a group. We create and manage hackathons to identify solutions to pressing challenges for both the community and businesses. We’ve done everything from finding solutions to blind people’s everyday struggles, 3D printing for business use and more.
